Who We Are

Your Hosts

Hi, I’m Matt! Hosting is a passion project of mine, born from a love of creating memorable stays and five-star experiences. I’ve designed my place with luxury touches, top-notch coffee, and all the comforts that make travel easy and enjoyable. When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me hiking the trails with my golden retriever. I’m always happy to share local tips. Just ask!

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Is parking available?
Yes, for 2 vehicles, which must be properly parked, in working order, and legally licensed. No trailers, boats, campers, or similar vehicles are allowed.
Do you allow pets?
While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted at the property.
Is the property child friendly?
Yes
Is there WiFi
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included and available throughout the property. Network details are in the welcome guide
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy will provide a full refund 60 days in advance of the booking. No refund after 60 days.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, all beds are made with fresh linens, and towels are provided for each guest. We also include starter supplies of shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
How many guests can stay?
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, you’ll have access to an in-unit washer and dryer, along with detergent.
Are there any quiet hours or house rules?
Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM in accordance with community guidelines.
Is the property easy to access?
Very. However, the condo is on the top floor and does require ascending a single flight of stairs.

It’s location was great for going to theaters and shows on the Branson strip.

The place was amazing, it was a home away from home. The place had everything we needed, full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, nice living space, spacious dining room table, massive comfortable beds. It is so conveniently located, everything that we were trying to do was maximum 15 minutes away. The pools and hot tub were such an awesome added factor to the whole place, it was such a great way to end a very busy day. Matthew was so easy to communicate with, so we never had to struggle with anything. There was such clear instructions and directions. He was also very accommodating to our traveling struggles. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
